Ocassionally I "Google" myself so I can see what information about me is on the internet. I thought I had a general idea of what to expect when I do this. Well, last night I "Googled Millicent Sanders." To my surprise, I found a manual I had written for dentists is a library book in the University of Detroit Mercy dental library! I had written the manual, Be Your Own Dental Consultant in 1992. Since I had sold only about 25 copies, I didn't continue to update the manual or continue selling it. After 15 years of management and marketing for dentists, I had decided to limit my services to desktop publishing, commercial print design, and web design. Today I specialize in web design, web content, and search engine optimization for all types of small businesses. Needless to say, the writing and publishing of this manual was not something I had been thinking about lately; however, it was a big project and now a much more rewarding one. Take the time to "Google" or "Bing" yourself and see what you find. I'd love to hear from you.
